Can I pick up my order in the store?

I don’t have PayPal. Can I pay with something else?

Where can I find coupons?

How will I know when my order is ready?

How do I get a refund?

1. Read the policies under the purchased item. Does your vendor provide refunds or store credits for this item?
2. Contact the vendor directly and let them know that you wish to receive a refund on your item. You can find the vendor’s contact details on their store profile.
3. Additionally, there is a $0.55 transaction fee applied to each transaction when your funds are withdrawn. ShopAiken.com lets you keep the tax and shipping amounts.
Example: You list a pair of boots for sale for $50. A customer purchases the boots for $50 + 8% tax + $10 shipping. The grand total of the sale is $64.
