Thank you for visiting and shopping at My Website. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipment method Estimated delivery time Shipment cost USPS Standard 3-5 business days and local pickup is Free. USPS Two Days 2 business days $13.95, USPS Overnight * 1-2 business days $19.95 * Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Magnolia Salon and Boutique are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Magnolia Salon and Boutique s not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Magnolia Salon and Boutique. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your  purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return or exchange please notify us via email at jlvangulden@gmail.com before you mail u back your product. If you have already emailed us before you read this then you do not need to email us again.

(if applicable) We charge a 10% restocking fee & initial shipping charges are non refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded & exchanged. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. LEGGINGS/YOGA PANTS ONLY QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGES, NOT RETURNS. BOUTIQUE ITEMS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR OTHER BOUTIQUE ITEMS. SEASONAL ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. EXCHANGES MAY BE MADE AS LONG AS IT IS NOT AFTR 30 DAYS BEFORE THE HOLIDAY. EXCHANGES (if applicable) We do accept exchanges. To exchange your item you will need to email us and let us know that you are wanting to exchange your item before mailing it back. (unless you have already emailed us) Once we receive your item in the mail we will email you with a checkout code worth the dollar amount of your exchange. ORDER CANCELLATIONS Cancellations on pending orders cannot be made after 24 hours have passed.
